Emotionally Healthy Spirituality

Our goal is to move from shallow Christianity to deep transformation. It is impossible to be spiritually mature while remaining emotionally immature.  Think about a picture of an iceberg representing our lives. Some of the ice is above the water while much of the ice below the surface is hidden and undiscovered.

Here is what we will cover:

1) The problem of emotionally unhealthy spirituality

2) Know yourself that you may know God.

3) Going back in order to go forward

4) Journey through the wall

5) Enlarge your soul through grief and loss

6) Discover the rhythms of the daily office and Sabbath

7) Learning new skills to love well

8) Developing a "Rule of Life."

Each participant will need to purchase a book, workbook and Day by Day devotional.
